If you want to feel at home during your stay, choose this hostel. Just a short walk from the train station, beds with curtains for privacy, and the owners, Nikoleta and Zek, are incredibly kind and helpful. They provided us with lots of information about the city and made us feel welcome. We would definitely return someday.
Felt like a true getaway, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a great experience at a cozy hostel with a genuine host. Nikoleta made us feel like real guests, not just tourists. The small size of the hostel allowed us to get to know our roommates easily. It was refreshing to find such decent sleeping conditions and a homey atmosphere. Despite being a short walk from the train and bus station, the location was a little far from the old part of Skopje. However, the warmth and hospitality made up for it. Hvala Nikoleta! I would recommend this hostel for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Incredibly friendly owner: The hostel's owner was incredibly friendly and provided us with detailed information about the city and its attractions. Their willingness to help and provide money-saving tips was greatly appreciated.
Lack of consistent regulations: We did not receive a key for access and were told to buzz for entry. while some guests were allowed to stay after checkout until their transport connections were ready, we were asked to leave just 15 minutes after checkout time.

I stayed at Hostel Valentin 2 for a week on a leisure trip. The dorm room had a large, comfy bed with a curtain for privacy. There were plenty of power outlets, a bright light, and a convenient corner for prayer. The bathrooms had hot water and were clean. The kitchen was excellent, with all the necessary appliances and free tea and coffee. The common room was spacious and a great place to meet new people. The staff, especially Nikoleta and Zac, were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to the bus terminal and not far from the city center.
I do recommend this hotel.
